The BULL'S Team at the German Darts Masters 2012

The German Darts Masters, played in the "Glaspalast" in Sindelfingen, was the last European Tour before the PDC European Darts Championship later this month.

The BULL'S Team was represented by Mensur Suljovic, Andree Welge and Kevin Münch who all three could qualify for this event. Mensur lost his first game 2:6 against Andy "The Hammer" Hamilton but had enough prize money in the ranking to qualify once more for the European Darts Championship.

Kevin Münch had to win at least one game to enter the PDC Major Event but the UK Open Champion Robert Thornton proved to be too strong. Kevin lost 1:6 against "The Thorn" but he is still in a good position to qualify for the World Darts Championship.

Andree Welge entered with the worst starting position. He had ton win at least two games and his first opponent was the further BDO World Champion Mark Webster. "The Spider" opened the game perfect with a 9-Darter in the first leg only to lose his accuracy in the following legs.

It was a thrilling game with both players missing several chances each leg. Andree wins 6:4 but this was only the first step. His next opponent on Saturday was Brendan Dolan, the World Matchplay runner-up 2011. Andree claimed the nerves of the fans once again but after the Matchdart for the 6:4 win there was a big celebration.

Andree lost 2:6 against Raymond van Barneveld in the third round but he is by now the only German Player to reach the Last 16 of a European Tour Event.

Max Hopp's debut on a big stage

Max Hopp, our youngest Team Member, had the chance to show his talent on a big stage when he faced local hero Thomas Hentschel in a Charity Match. Max won by 3:2 Legs with Legs of 17 and 15 Darts and a 137 Finish.

After the match before 2.300 fans Max hand over the 300€ check to the Major of Sindefingen.
